“CITIZEN OF THE YEAR” NOMINATIONS
Nominations for the 2005 Citizen of the Year
Award are being accepted at the Warren County Chamber of Commerce
office.
Nominations should include information about
your nominee, their contributions to the community and why you
believe they should be selected. Please include your name and phone
number as nominator and information on how your nominee can be
reached.
The nominee must
-
have been a resident or worked in Warren
County for the past three consecutive years.
-
have contributed to the quality of life in
Warren County by demonstrated activity or service in one or more
of the following areas: social service, economic development,
business activity, or political service.
Selection of the award recipient will be made by
a panel from the Chamber of Commerce Board of Director’s.
Nominations can be brought to the Chamber office at 552 Main St. in
Warrenton or mailed to P. O. Box 27, Warrenton, GA 30828.
Deadline for nominations is Wednesday, March 15,
2006.
