Art on Main – June 3rd, 2006 in Warrenton
If you draw, paint, photograph, make prints, use
mixed media, sculpt or practice a master craft, then WE want you!
Warrenton Merchants and Hometown Warrenton, Inc. are sponsoring
Art
on Main -Art Sale and Show- June 3rd from 9am-2pm in downtown
Warrenton. Applications may be picked up at Robin's Nest or the
Chamber office - both on Main Street, or online at
www.warrencountyga.com. Deadline for entry is May 26. Set up is
free. There is also a juried show: artists may submit one piece of
art for judging. Awards will be given to winners of each category.
These winners will then be eligible for consideration in the Best of
Show prizes. We also offer the public a chance to get in on the fun
by voting on their favorite work of art with The People's Choice
award. So, come on artists! Set up at Art on Main and get your work
noticed. You may even win a prize.
Bring your children to town for a coloring and
artistic time of fun. There will be large wallpaper sheets with
designs that are available for children to color. For more

First Saturday in Warrenton is a fun experience
for the whole family. Come shop with the merchants, view the showing
of art in its various forms, and experience the small town charm on
June 3rd.
