Area residents at the first of the season's series of Concerts in
the Park May 17th were treated to entertainment by Tiffany and T.J.
Mimbs: Acoustic Set.
Concertgoers couldn't have asked for a more beautiful evening.

June 21st: The New
Apostles. Local gospel talent. These guys are
amazing!

July 19th: 246th Army
National Guard Corp Band, Columbia, S.C.sent in as
replacements for Fort Gordon's Band. We are in for a
real treat!

August 16th: The Lamb
Family from Mitchell, GA...Bluegrass at its finest
from such young talent.

September 20th: Jair
Crawford with his full keyboard.

October 18th: Ben Dixon
and his band from Thomson, GA. Fresh out of high
school! If the weather is still nice, we will
arrange this concert.
Local restaurants are offering special take-outs
for concert-goers:
Lin's Wok Box: Sesame chicken w/rice, eggroll,
drink.....$6.00
Kendrick's Sandwich Sack: BBQ sandwich, potato salad,
drink.....$5.00
Mouse's Box: Personal cheese or pepperoni pizza, chips,
drink....$5.00
Plus, we will have a vendor onsite at the park
serving up a Fried Plate, which includes your choice of either fried
fish or fried chicken, slaw, fries, a roll, and a glass of
fresh-squeezed lemonade........all for $5.00!
