The nine eligible categories are:

All works must be original in idea and execution; no copies, reproductions or kits allowed. Please, submit your registration along with your fee of $20.00 to the Warren County Chamber of Commerce and make checks payable to Hometown Warrenton, Inc.>> Download your prospectus here << (LARGE file - call if you want one mailed to you) If you have never participated in AoM, send a photograph of some of your work along with your registration. Upon acceptance into the sale, you will be invited to set up your artwork in a 10’ x 10’ booth area, either inside or outside, on June 5, 2010 by 9:00 am in downtown Warrenton in the court house or on its grounds. You will be responsible for determining which pieces - up to three - to submit for the juried competition. Those pieces will be transported by each artist to the Franklin Lodge #11, which is the Mason’s Lodge, by 9:00 am and judged by out-of-town judges at 9:30 am. Awards will be given at 10:30 am. Certificates will be awarded to winners of each eligible category. Best in Show awards will consist of: - First: $100 cash
- Second: $50 cash
- Third: $25 cash People’s Choice award of $35 cash will be given to the winner of a balloted public judging. Children’s Art Contest: 2010 theme is “Your Favorite Season of the Year”
Awards are:
- $10 cash to First Place winner of each age category (K-2nd, 3rd-5th, 6th-8th,9th-12th)
- Certificates to each Second Place, Third Place and Honor able Mention winners of each category
- Deadline is May 15th for entries |
