THURSDAY, August 19th , 6-8:00 p.m., CONCERT IN THE PARK, featuring the  High Lonesome Band, from Gibson.  For more information on the High Lonesome Band, check out their website, www.highlonesomeband.net . Enjoy a mid summer supper with music in City Park. Pack a picnic or pick up some take-out at our local restaurants. This is a Hometown Warrenton, Inc. sponsored event, FREE and open to the public. If it’s too hot or raining, the concert will be held in the Cultural Center on the corner of South Gibson Street and  Church Street.

FIRST SATURDAY, September 4th, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., KID’S DAY & MAIN STREET READ, with games, crafts, book sale, touch-a-truck, goodies, much more. It’s SHIPWRECK SATURDAY, based on the wonderful book by Bill Cosby. It’s everything nautical at the court house in downtown Warrenton!!!
