Chamber Marketing Bootcamp

​4 Weeks to Sharpen Your Marketing

Turn your marketing from guesswork into a simple weekly rhythm.
In four 1-hour sessions, you’ll clarify your customer, craft a standout message, build a 30-day content plan, set up a starter email series, and learn how to run a small ad test—then measure what works.
Who should attend: Small business owners, nonprofits, and solo entrepreneurs of all experience levels.
Format: 4 weeks  •  1 hour per session  •  In-person

  • Dates: Wednesday, October 15th, 2025, Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025, Wednesday, October 29th, 2025, and Wednesday, November 5th, 2025
  • Time: Each week at Noon until 1:00 PM.
  • Location: Warren County Library (Meeting Room) + 10 Warren Street, Warrenton, GA 30828
  • Lunch: Each session will include lunch from local restaurants around the Warrenton area.

Jeffrey Fowler serves as President & CEO of the Warren County Chamber of Commerce and Executive Director of Hometown Warrenton, Inc. With over six years of experience in chamber, Main Street, and county government leadership, he brings expertise in economic development, marketing, grant writing, and tourism.

A summa cum laude graduate of Valdosta State University in Organizational Leadership, Jeffrey is now pursuing his Master of Public Administration.

​Passionate about helping rural communities thrive, he specializes in building partnerships, strengthening small businesses, and creating strategies that drive visibility and growth.

Tamika Lampkin
Director of Cooperative Communications, Jefferson Energy Cooperative
​
Tamika Lampkin is the Director of Cooperative Communications at Jefferson Energy Cooperative. With a background in broadcast journalism, she previously worked as a producer and reporter for WJBF News Channel 6 in Augusta, Georgia.

A proud alumna of George P. Butler High School and Augusta State University, Tamika has recently earned her Certified Cooperative Communicator (CCC) designation and joined the inaugural class of Co-Ops Lead, along with several other certifications through nationwide cooperative programs.

​Beyond her professional achievements, Tamika is a devoted follower of Christ, a mother of 1, and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She actively volunteers in her community and is passionate about giving back in meaningful ways.

Oconee Fall Line Technical College

​Emily Raley is the Director of Marketing & PR at Oconee Fall Line Technical College located in Sandersville and Dublin, Georgia. Prior to working in OFTC’s marketing department, Emily worked with the college’s Enrollment Management Team as a Student Recruiter. Before OFTC, she served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Truett-McConnell University in Cleveland, Georgia. Emily graduated with her bachelor's degree from Truett-McConnell in 2013 and her master's degree from Georgia Southern University in 2015. Emily is married to Wynn Raley, and they have two children.

Skyy Baker
is the daughter of Lee and Chranda Baker and a proud 2025 graduate of Warren County High School. She is currently pursuing a degree in Design and Media Technology at Augusta Technical College, specializing in Graphic Design. During her time at Warren County High, Skyy served as the Media Specialist for the Warren County S.H.I.N.E. Club, where she honed her creative and technical skills. Today, she channels that same passion and professionalism into her own business, Skyy’s Flawless Designs—a growing graphic design company that showcases her artistic vision, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Set a starter budget and simple tracking approach
