Where are you heading?

Traveling to Warrenton, GA
Warrenton, Georgia, is the county seat of Warren County and is located approximately 109 miles east of Atlanta.
From Atlanta, GA:
  1. By Car:
    • Take I-20 East from Atlanta.
    • Continue on I-20 East for about 100 miles.
    • Take exit 154 for GA-278 toward Warrenton.
    • Turn right onto GA-278 East and follow signs to Warrenton.
    • Turn left onto Main Street.
    The drive typically takes around 1 hour and 45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions
From Augusta, GA:
  1. By Car:
    • Take I-20 West from Atlanta.
    • Continue on I-20 West for about 40 miles.
    • Take exit 165 for GA-80 toward Warrenton.
    • Turn left onto GA-80 South and follow signs to Warrenton.
    • Turn right onto Main Street at redlight. 
    The drive is approximately 1 hour.

Getting to Vendor Check-In

To reach Vendor Check-In, please follow these directions:
  1. Travel down Main Street in Warrenton, GA. This is your main route to the venue.
  2. As you approach, look for the Warrenton Post Office located at 615 Main Street, Warrenton, GA 30828.
  3. Once you see the Post Office, turn [left/right] onto Allen Street.
  4. Continue down Allen Street, and you will see the Chamber parking lot on your left. This is where you will enter for Vendor Check-In.

Once checked in...

Once you have checked in at the Vendor Check-In, our friendly volunteers will assist you with the following:
  • Receive Your Packet: Each vendor will be given a packet that includes important information about the festival, including schedules, guidelines, and contact information for festival organizers.
  • Space Assignment: You will be assigned a specific space number for your booth. This number is crucial for ensuring you are set up in the correct location.
  • Guided Setup: Our volunteers will escort you to your designated spot, helping you navigate the area to make your setup as smooth as possible. They will point out key landmarks, other vendors, and facilities like restrooms and first aid stations.
  • Setup Assistance: If you need help unloading your items or setting up your booth, don’t hesitate to ask our volunteers. They are here to ensure you have everything you need for a successful event. This is not guaranteed, but we will try out best.

  • What are the festival dates and hours?
    • ​Saturday, November 9th, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM​​​​
  • Where is the Sportsman’s Festival located?
    • ​Downtown Warrenton, GA from the Courthouse heading south towards City Hall
  • Who should I contact if I have questions prior to the event?
    • You can contact our office at (706) 465-9604 before the event with questions.
Registration and Check-In
  • How do I register as a vendor?
    • ​If you still need to register, you can go to: https://www.warrencountyga.com/event-registration.html#!event-list​
  • What should I bring to the Vendor Check-In?
    • ​Nothing! We just need to know your vendor name. If you want to  bring something, your confirmation email is helpful. All food vendors must have proof of insurance.
  • What is the process for checking in on the day of the event?
    • ​Follow the instructions above, you will need to come down Allen Street to the Chamber parking lot.
  • Where do I go for Vendor Check-In?
    • ​You need to end up at the Chamber parking lot. You need to come down Main Street down Allen Street by the post office.
Setup and Logistics
  • What time can I set up my booth?
    • ​We begin vendor setup at 6:00 AM on the day of the event. If you need an earlier setup time, please call us in advanced.
  • How will I found out my booth number?
    • When you check-in, the volunteers will give you a packet. The packet will have your booth number. Our volunteers will help you get to your booth.
  • How much space will I have for my booth?
    • ​All spaces are 10x10. We have a measuring wheel to check.
  • Will tables and chairs be provided?
    • ​No, you must furnish all tables and chairs.
  • Is electricity available at my booth?
    • ​Electricity is not provided unless you coordinate with us in advance. Electricity is only provided for special circumstances. 
Policies and Guidelines
  • Are there any restrictions on the types of products I can sell?
    • ​Only products that are listed in your application.
  • What is the policy on refunds or cancellations?
    • ​No-refunds shall be given.
  • What are the rules regarding signage and displays?
    • ​All signage must be appropriate and stay within the confines of your booth.
During the Event
  • What should I do if I have issues during the festival?
    • ​You can contact us at (706) 445-1294‬ by text. We will come help you as soon as possible.
  • Is there a designated area for vendor breaks?
    • ​You can come over to the Chamber office for a quieter place with a restroom.
  • How can I promote my booth during the festival?
    • ​All promotions will need to stay within the confines of your booth. You may email us some photos or information; we might share it on social media!
Post-Event
  • What is the process for packing up after the festival?
    • ​You must stay until the Festival is over at 4:00 PM. You will have ample time to cleanup.
