​Warren County Library is located in downtown Warrenton, surrounded by many historic churches and buildings. The library has public computers, WiFi access, a meeting room with a 40-person capacity, and a small geneaology resource room. In addition, the library has a 10,000 item collection including many new releases both in books and DVDs.

The Eastern Regional Library System (ERLS) is a consortium of five public libraries serving the communities of Burke, Lincoln, and Warren counties in eastern Georgia. Established in 2025, ERLS provides access to a vast collection of resources through its partnership with the Georgia Public Library Service’s PINES program, which offers access to 10.6 million books across 53 library systems in Georgia. Additionally, the library system is supported by GALILEO, offering access to over 100 databases and thousands of scholarly journals.
