NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS & OCCUPANTS
In accordance with Georgia Law (OCGA 48-5-264.1), please be advised the Warren County Board of Tax Assessor's Appraisal Staff may be visiting your property in order to review and update property information. These visits enable us to determine fair market value more accurately and make other determinations as required by law. A county vehicle will be used for these visits. Also, a business card will be left if the owner is not at the property.
