FEES:  MUST BE PAID AT TIME OF APPLICATION
$600.00 Security Deposit if positive previous rental history - Money Order Only - Must be paid at time of application.
$900 or one months rent, whichever is greater, if no previous rental history - Money Order Only - Must be paid at time of application.
