​We're amidst another flu season, and staying hale and hearty is more crucial than ever! Let's not forget we're currently battling a big spike in RSV, COVID AND flu!
It's time to take your health by the reins! BY PROTECTING YOURSELF, YOU PROTECT EVERYONE. Don't let your guard down. Make sure you are doing everything possible:
Stay armed with sanitizer , keep your masks up and, if you haven't already, go get the flu and Covid-19 vaccine . They're scientifically proven to reduce your risk of getting severely ill!
Stay at home when you can, and keep maintaining that social distance when you do step out! There's no such thing as too much caution!
Remember, we're not just doing it for ourselves. We're helping our community, loved ones, and, most importantly, front-line health workers!
