Kimora Bullard and Elizabeth Dunn Wansley, along with 102 other delegates from across Georgia, will meet the more than 1,600 delegates from across the nation as part of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) Week in Washington DC. As Georgia's oldest leadership program for teens, this program was started in 1964 by the NRECA for high school students to gain a personal understanding of American history and their role as citizens.  The delegates will spend the week visiting national sites such as Mount Vernon, Arlington National Cemetery, the Supreme Court, the National Archives, the Pentagon, Ford's Theater, and the Smithsonian Museums.  The trip will culminate on Wednesday, June 21st with a trip to The Capitol where the students are scheduled to meet with our U.S. Representatives at a Congressional Delegation meeting.
